Refund & Returns Policy

Eligibility for exchange:

– Returns/exchanges are accepted within 2 days of receipt of the product.
– All returned items must be in resalable unused new condition as it is was sent to customer with intact price tags and accompanied by a valid receipt.

Important :

– Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with original tags.
– Ensure correct items are handed to the delivery executive to avoid additional charges.
– Reuse original packaging for safe return.
– Exchange/return requests must be initiated within 2 days of receipt.
– Cancellations are allowed before shipment. If order shipped then no cancellations of order.

How to exchange :

– Email =infokurvi@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for return/exchange.

Processing Time:

– Exchange requests are processed within 24-72 Working hours for pickup and replacement.
– Replacement shipping takes 3-7 business days after receiving the returned product by customer.
– Refunds are initiated within 4-7 business days upon receiving the returned product.

Refund Process:

– Full refunds are issued for products returned in original condition, including packaging and tags. And it will be refunded in original payment source as customer paid.

Refund Policy:

– For COD orders: Refunds can be issued as KURVI Gift Vouchers with an additional 5% off on the next order or refunded to the bank account via UPI/Razorpay.
– For prepaid orders: Refunds are processed securely transferred on original payment source account of customer.

Discounted Merchandise:

– Returns/exchanges for discounted items must be initiated within 2 days of receipt.
– Refunds for merchandise discounted over 40% are issued as Gift Vouchers only.

Exclusions:

– Products marked as non-returnable on the product page.
– sold on special discount or offer.
